Villen - Tivat - Montenegro

Villa 1 – consists of the main villa and an independent guest house. 
The main villa is a one-storey building with a gallery and includes:

– Ground floor: a corridor, a large living room with high ceilings (5 m), a kitchen combined with a dining room, a bathroom and a utility room.

– First floor (gallery): sleeping area.

The guest house is divided into two levels, with an independent entrance for each level. It includes:

Lower level: a living room that can serve as a relaxing area in front of the pool, and kitchen.

– Upper level: a living room, a bedroom with access to the terrace and bathroom.
