I am renting a furnished studio apartment in a part of a house in Kozle - Kapistec (near Dva Elena restaurant) of 33m2 with a separate entrance to the basement. The studio consists of a room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The price is monthly with included overhead costs for central heating, water and garbage, cable TV and internet, except for electricity for which there is a separate meter
